Identification and contact data provided voluntarily through the contact form or by email (name, email, company, content of the message).

Purpose and legal basis

To respond to enquiries and contact requests. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, for the legally required periods.

Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Technology providers acting as processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (web hosting and form processing), Resend, Inc. (delivery of the contact email) and Google LLC (corporate email).

International transfers

The providers listed are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR: certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
