Previously COO of Sabadell United Bank in Miami, leading a team of 600 at a subsidiary with $12 billion in assets; Global COO of Further, a health insurer covering critical-illness treatment in 38 countries; and CEO of Mintknight, a blockchain start-up in Miami. Board member of Fizzycaps since 2022. Educated at MIT. His ground: integrating, scaling and fixing companies, from banking to distressed real estate.
Marcos Ramon
Founding partner of Eqwitus since 2021. More than two decades in financial management, business and real estate development, always on the owner's side: general manager of the Kursal Deals family office since 2021, CEO of Gestió Moderna Vidal Ramon since 1999 and managing director of Mèrit CS since 2018. He has represented investment funds in Spain, Portugal, Italy and Andorra. PDG from IESE and real estate programmes at Esade and IE. Focused on maximising asset value.
